Get plenty of rest, eat right, wash your hands a lot. Get a vaccine if it becomes available. If you get sick with the flu – go to the doctor right away. The doctor can prescribe anti-viral medication.
And avoid crowds.

I’m not sure. I live in San Diego so I am scared for my children. I almost want to keep them home, but I guess I can’t live like that. I will try to keep my family home as much as possible, make sure that everyone washes their hands a lot and caution my kids not to share food at school. Pray of course.

The tamiflu is not a cure(and most of it will be used for government officials and doctors) , it only “helps” the virus calm down and i think in the next few days there will be cases across the world where people have died from it. The last one killed killed 50 million and a professor recently said that this virus has the potential to be worse.
If any one at school has it, DON’T go in. Wash your hands regularly and cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough.

my mom got some masks from the hospital she works @ but I’m not gonna start wearing them just yet lol… I think just washing your hands very frequently….trying the best you can to avoid people who are having the symptoms of it…….and buying some airborne to give the immune system a good boost!
