I am playing Florence Nightingale, and am a bit lost. My partner has the ‘flu, it’s been just over 24 hours now. I have given him Zerinolflu (it has paracetemol and clorfenamina in it). I’m giving him as many drinks as I can, but he is sweating buckets now. Apart from saying “there there” and keeping him warm, is there anything else I should do? How long does it usually last?

Psoriasis
The best way to treat the flu, of course, is to prevent it. Getting a flu shot every year will greatly reduce your risk of getting the flu. Although it is a good idea for most people to have the flu shot, certain people should get the vaccination every year.

it can go up to 2 maybe 3 weeks. Lots off water and healthy foods some extra vit C all can do good but it won’t make it go away as quick as you want it too. Might want to call the doctor for a Z-pac (antibiotic)
