There are a lot of videos popping up, well fair few every now and then and at the end it’s dot g o v.
I doubt they are some insider, government working employee or agent.

Virus cannot thrive in an alkiline environment. If you wish to protect yourself, improve your body chemistry by changing it from acidic to alkiline.
STOP drinking bottled water, soda pop, energy + health drinks. All are HIGHLY acidic. Drink filtered tap water (which elliminates chlorine and must be slightly alkiline to prevent pipe corrosion)…or Ionized water if you can get it.

im referring to any other vaccine for any other disease or virus… antivirals themselves are toxic everyone knows that and you have to be incredibly sick to get them, a vaccine is completely different to an antiviral, read up on it properly.. i think you may be confused, and yes vaccines contain questionable ingredients but he concentration and amounts are completely harmless theyre a medium for the inactivated virus culture and the body destroys them and excretes them naturally in its own time

you need a droplet prevention mask
you can buy them from a pharmacy.. but keep in mind as soon as they get wet they are useless so keep spares on you if you are overly concerned. the best way to beat the flu is wash your hands after and before everything and if someoen is sick stay awya from them. influenza is spread via droplet transmission ie. sneezing coughing and other people inhaling those droplets.. so if someone sneezes get away lol
