Swine flu sounds the same as “regular” flu to me. Young people will likely recover. I think it’s the elderly who will have the most problems.

First of all, if you think you have the swine flu, forget the doctor, head to the ER. Secondly, there is not vaccine for the swine flu and so far in the US only one individual has had to be hospitalized for it.

Yes it is just the flu. Everybody outside Mexico who has gotten it has been just fine. Not needed the hospital or anything. Just the flu. Feel like crap for 3 days and then you’re fine. No worries.

The swine flu is just another strain of flu. Unless you are in a weaken state from another disease or illness, you will probably get over the latest strain of swine flu. What is important is that you take care of yourself…get plenty of rest, drink lots of fluids.

***from what i’ve read the only thing that differs between swine flu and a common flu virus is that because the strain is different and kind of like a hybrid, anybody can become affected by it. Unlike the flu; children, the elderly and people with weakened immune systems are more susceptable to it.There are already 2 medicines that work on the flu. and so far the us has had only a few outbreaks in certain areas because of travel to mexico.
**the symptoms are similar to the flu nausea, fever, and diarrhea -may want to double check that. u will not die instantantly from your lungs filling up with blood like someone else said. he is either mistaken or joking around. just read the news, wash hands..i guess.

Any flu is POSSIBLE of recovering from naturally without vaccinations; otherwise we wouldn’t have natural immunities to a lot of the other fatal diseases that wander or used to infect the world.
They say that this flu is only taking out those between the ages 20-40 and so far this has only been applied to Mexico. If you take a look at the Google Map I provided you, you will see that there is one particular area that seemed to have a deadly strain of the Swine Flu, but it either mutated by the time it reached the USA or it is simply another form of the Swine Flu.
Not only is taking a lot of Vitamin C a good thing to do, but cabbage and curry have healing agents that were PROVEN effective against the Bird Flu/Avian Flu in Asia. Maybe it might have the same power for its lesser competitor; the Swine Flu.
Last but not least, my best friend of all: Airborne. Works wonders; at least it always has for me.

Yes, and I think it would be extremely wise to STAY AWAY from the vaccine once it comes out. The company that’s manufacturing it was found to have contaminated flu vaccines with live Bird Flu viruses and distributed it to 18 countries. It’s nearly IMPOSSIBLE that it was an accident.
